Forming part of the High Pressure range of Ball Valves from Starline The Megastar Star Ball Valve is consistently used in the Chemical, Petrochemical & Gas Industries where reliability is paramount. The Megastar Ball Valve consists of a 3 piece bolted body design and is available in screwed, flanged & welded connections (Full Bore only). Capable of reaching pressures up to Class 2500LB (6000PSI) & Temperatures ranging from -101 to 250 DegC the Megastar Ball Valve can be used in virtually any high Pressure/Temperature application and sizes are available from 1/4”-2”. The Valve design features High Integrity Shut Off at both Low & High Pressure, an anti-blowout shaft, encapsulated soft seats, ISO5211 drilled mounting pad and is Antistatic/Firesafe approved. The Megastar Starline Ball Valve is available in several body materials, these include ASTM A105 Carbon Steel, LF2, 316 & 316L Stainless Steel. Other specialist alloys are available on request.
