The Asahi electric actuator comes pre-lubricated to minimise wear and extend life cycles. The specially formulated lubricant covers a wide range of operating temperatures for the variety in ambient conditions we see across our customer base, ensuring reliable performance. Asahi Electric Actuator uses a highly visible position indicator that makes it easy to identify the position of your valves even from a distance. This allows you to quickly verify that your process is operating safely and effectively. Motors used with the Asahi Electric Actuator housings are CE compliant and stamped for all 120VAC and 220VAC electric actuator motors. Extended duty cycles offer versatility for modulating and high operation/cycle requirements.

Available with Torque Outputs up to 40NM, these actuators are available as stand alone units and come complete with Direct Mount capabilities for your ISO 5211 Valves in 110VAC, 230VAC & 24VDC. The AV-LITE Nylon housing is rated both Waterproof & Dustproof to IP67 and is resistance to heat, acid and alkali. The compact motor offers low power consumption and is suitable for the majority of small bore ball valves C/W with an internal overheating protection device. All models offer constant mechanical and visual position indication at the top of the Actuator cover and can also be wired to a control box for signal feedback.

The AV ARES™ electric valve actuator has been developed over many years of research and development with the aim of solving many installation issues that arise today with valves and actuation. The AV ARES™ is an extrmely compact unit having an overall footprint equivalent to that of a regular soft drinks can allowing installation in almost any confined site environment whilst maintaining standard features such as manual override and position indication. A plug and play design accepts voltages ranging from 12VDC, 24VDC & 85-220VAC all from the same unit.

The J4C electric valve actuator for J&J delivers on the manufacturers philosophy of a true multi voltage actuator that works first time every time. The new J4 series features a brushless motor offering a more efficient performance along with high capable torque outputs than the original J3C. Advances in technology and R&D now enable to the J4C to be capable of intelligent communication with both MODBUS and Bluetooth settings.
