The 40WP4040F0T Manual Butterfly range from Actuation Valve provides positive shutoff performance and reliability for both external and internal corrosive or food grade FDA approved applications. The stainless steel valve body promotes longevity with a replaceable PTFE seat. The PTFE Seat or Lined Butterfly Valves are designed to shut off liquids, slurries and bulk solids with excellent reliability in highly aggressive environments. They're suitable for use on a wide range of processes from food and beverage manufacturing through to pharmaceuitcal. The split body design on of the PTFE Seat and PTFE Lined Butterfly Valves allow for quick and easy future maintenance requirements. Two body bolts allow the construction to be split into two components with the solid seat design interchangeable within minutes.

40WP4040F0T - Wafer Type Butterfly Valves - PTFE Lined - CF8M SS

The TTV Stainless Steel Actuated PTFE Butterfly Valves offer a very similar aggressive resistance and food grade option to that of the standard Valve whilst also providing external protection including corrosive environments as well as covering wash down requirements. The CF8M 316 stainless steel body material is extemely corrosion resistant to extternal deisgn factors and prolongs the life of the vlave. PTFE seats are replaceable as standard with easy interchangeability through the split body design. TTV's valve seat design offer alsmost universal chemical application coverage (Please check if not detailed) and in non toxic as standard.

40LP4040F0TAT - Lugged SS Actuated Air Torque PTFE Lined Valves

The TTV PTFE Stainless Steel Butterfly Valves offer both external and internal protection to extreme corrosive environments and pipeline shut off applications as well as Food, Beverage or Pharma that require regular wash down. Air Torque have created a pneumatic actuator which allows for reverse operation without returning it back to the manufacturer or using any additional hardware. This can be done in field by the end user with also the option to convert from spring return to double acting and vice versa. We offer both the fail safe close/open position as well as several features that can be specified at time of order including manual overrides.

40LP4040F0TEK - Lugged SS Koei UNIC PTFE Actuated Butterfly Valves

The TTV Stainless Steel Actuated PTFE Butterfly Valves offer a very similar aggressive resistance and food grade option to that of the standard Valve whilst also providing external protection including corrosive environments as well as covering wash down requirements. With lugged butterfly valves If one side needs repair, you can simply disconnect it from the piping system and leave the other side connected until repairs are complete. This makes maintenance easier and faster compared to wafer pattern butterfly valves. The Koei UNIC Electric Actuator features an easy to use Allen Key Manual Override, overload protection system and end of travel electric stop. It also includes a mechanical limit/mechanical switch for open and close indication on your control panel.
