Starline MEGA STAR Ball Valves

Forming part of the High Pressure range of Ball Valves from Starline The Megastar Star Ball Valve is consistently used in the Chemical, Petrochemical & Gas Industries where reliability is paramount. The Megastar Ball Valve consists of a 3 piece bolted body design and is available in screwed, flanged & welded connections (Full Bore only). Capable of reaching pressures up to Class 2500LB (6000PSI) & Temperatures ranging from -101 to 250 DegC the Megastar Ball Valve can be used in virtually any high Pressure/Temperature application and sizes are available from 1/4”-2.

Starline MASTER STAR Ball Valves

The Master Star Starline Ball Vale is mainly used in the Chemical, Petroleum & Petrochemical Industries and consists of a 3 piece body design in screwed, welded & flanged connections. Forming part of the medium to low pressure range from Starline The Super Star Starline Ball Valve is capable of pressures up to and including Class 800LB (PN100) & Is capable of temperatures ranging from -200 to 260 DegC. Sizes are available from 1/4”-1 1/2”” for Full Bore Ball Valves & 1/2”-2” for Reduced Bore.

Starline SUPER STAR Ball Valves

The Super Star Starline Ball Valve forms part of the medium to low pressure range from Starline and is mainly used in the Chemical, Petrochemical & Petroleum Industries consisting of a 3 piece body design in screwed, welded & flanged connections. The Super Star is capable of pressures up to Class 900LB (PN150) & has a temperature range of -200 to 450 DegC incorporating sizes from 1/4”-3” for Full Bore Ball Valves & 1/2”-4” for Reduced Bore. The Valve design itself features an anti-blowout shaft, encapsulated soft seats, ISO5211 drilled mounting pad for easy actuation services and is Antistatic/Firesafe approved.
