They are installed in corrosive plant or processes including seawater, water with chemicals, hydrochloric acid and sulphuric acid. Our pneumatically actuated rack and pinion system provides you with more precision than conventional designs while extending the life of your components by protecting against excessive wear. During the closing movement, the rate of cut-off of the flow diminishes as the disk moves towards the closed position, making the valve well suited for flow regulation purposes. An extensive range of synthetic elastomers provide Positive shut-off with repeatability of performance.
