TTV Lug-style stainless steel butterfly valves have threaded inserts at both sides of the body that allow them to be installed with only bolts and no nuts. The valve is placed between two flanges, one on each side. This setup permits either piece of piping to be disconnected without affecting the complete process. Combined with the XL range of Hytork Pneumatic Actuators the combination is a fit and forget solution preventing expensive product stoppages and additional unforeseen costs with zero downtime. Spares kits are readily available for both Valve and Actuator preventative maintenance schedules as required.
