Lugged Aluminium Bronze TTV Actuated Butterfly Valves

The TTV range of bronze butterfly valves are an ideal solution to most marine applications and come with approvals from recognised bodies such as DNV, Bureau Veritas, Lloyds & ABS. Our products are corrosion resistant with the highest quality of foundry raw materials. The EL-O-Matic Pneumatic Actuator uses a high grade aluminum (7075 T6) pinion that provides the best combination of corrosion resistance, high strength and lightweight construction available today. Ideal for any application where durability is required over many years of service life. Lugged Butterfly Valves are commonly used in piping systems as a dead end service Valve or where regular/predicted disconnecting of the pipe on either side may need to be removed for maintenance and installation without disruption to both sides of the line.

Actuator tested to function properly after just 1,000 hours of salt spray testing (C5 Medium). This is an accelerated test that puts the product under conditions much harsher than those it would normally encounter during its average use cycle.

With lugged butterfly valves If one side needs repair, you can simply disconnect it from the piping system and leave the other side connected until repairs are complete. This makes maintenance easier and faster compared to wafer pattern butterfly valves.
