This 3 piece body valve has a swing out centre section that is perfect for scheduled maintenance and seat replacements. The full bore body design and cavity filled seats create a free flow path that does not allow debris or contaminents to build up with temperatures suitable for up to 200 DegC steam cleaning CIP and SIS. Various approvals inlcude FDA & Wras approved seats with a bovine free supply. Festo’s DFPD series is an innovative design that sets itself apart from other pneumatic actuators by providing high performance with low energy consumption and long lifetime under harsh conditions. More importantly, the DFPD does this at an affordable price point. The Festo Pneumatic Actuator is easy to install and simple to use with the option to connect it directly into your existing compressed air supply line and set up an input signal from 0-10V DC or 4-20mA current loop control signals for precise valve positioning with the added CMSX unit.
