All butterfly valves are rigorously tested to meet ever-changing industry requirements with our research and development team constantly creating design improvements to future proof the next generation. Typical applications include HVAC, Power Generation and Hydro Carbon Processing. All of our actuated butterfly valves can be set up in either the Fail Safe Close/Open Position with several manual override features across the range. Control and Indication add-ons can be specified at the time of order. Each individual actuator retains its full traceability all the way back to the factory with a unique serial number. All assemblies performed by Actuation Valve in house also detail and cross reference this serial number with accompanying valves and accessories in a build sheet format.

Key features and benefits of the Colossus Elomatic Fully Lugged Actuated High Performance Butterfly Valves.

Key Features

Lug-style valves have threaded inserts at both sides of the body that allow them to be installed with only bolts and no nuts. The valve is placed between two flanges, one on each side. This setup permits either piece of piping disconnected without affecting the complete process.

Double offset butterfly valves are designed for use in exceptionally harsh conditions with critical shutoff isolation and throttling control applications. The Colossus is available in Metal Seated or PTFE seated designs depending on the application needs of the End User.
