The 20W3040BE combines a robust 6063T6 aluminium bodied pneumatic actuator and high quality concentric rubber lined butterfly valve from Emerson Bettis & TTV respectively. This brand new actuated butterfly valve package offers a more cost effective solution to that of the Hytork & El-O-Matic from Emerson whilst still incorporating the core values of market leading manufacturers. Pre compressed spring designs and an anti-blowout drive pinion ensure safe operation and maintenance procedures throughout the product life cycle.

The El-O-Matic range of actuators and TTV actuated butterfly valves offer a premium branded package for the 20W3040 concentric design. With over 3 million units sold worldwide El-O-Matic has quite quickly established itself amongst the leading global manufacturers. Their fit and forget principle ensures the total cost of ownership is reduced to a minimum. A hard anodized, high grade aluminium housing make this the choice of many for heavy duty applications.
