Biffi HLA/HLAS high-pressure hydraulic actuators are engineered for precise control of gate, globe, and linear valves. Operating in temperatures from -60°C to 100°C, they deliver double-acting thrusts up to 8,000,000 N and spring-ending thrusts up to 350,000 N. The Biffi PHW High Pressure Actuators function efficiently in temperatures from -30°C to 80°C, with an oil flow rate between 10 and 60 litres per minute. Utilising mineral oil as the supply medium, they handle pressures from 25 to 170 bar, with a maximum supply pressure of 200 bar. These actuators provide torque up to 1200 Nm and speeds up to 144 rpm. Built with an anodised aluminium body, they feature IP68 weatherproof protection and are operated via a hand-wheel with automatic motor disengagement.
