The 40WP4040F0T Manual Butterfly range from Actuation Valve provides positive shutoff performance and reliability for both external and internal corrosive or food grade FDA approved applications. The stainless steel valve body promotes longevity with a replaceable PTFE seat. The PTFE Seat or Lined Butterfly Valves are designed to shut off liquids, slurries and bulk solids with excellent reliability in highly aggressive environments. They're suitable for use on a wide range of processes from food and beverage manufacturing through to pharmaceuitcal. The split body design on of the PTFE Seat and PTFE Lined Butterfly Valves allow for quick and easy future maintenance requirements. Two body bolts allow the construction to be split into two components with the solid seat design interchangeable within minutes.

The CF8M 316 stainless steel body material is extemely corrosion resistant to extternal deisgn factors and prolongs the life of the vlave. PTFE seats are replaceable as standard with easy interchangeability through the split body design.
