The TTV 20W3040 is a Rilsan Coated Ductile Iron Bodied Valve with a CF8M Stainless Steel Disc & 304 Stainless Steel Shaft. A one piece body concentric design features four entering lugs which allows for easy installation between two flanges at intermediate points within the process pipeline. Suitable for General Purpose applications for a range of industries the 20W3040 is both economical and versatile. A single piece shaft design brings high strength and engineering with direct mount capabilities for actuation assemblies. The “Dry Shaft” feature ensures fluid is again isolated from both the shaft and the body of the valve.

The TTV 50W3040 is a Rilsan Coated WCB Carbon Steel Bodied Valve with a CF8M Stainless Steel Disc & 304 Stainless Steel Shaft. A one piece body concentric design features four entering lugs which allows for easy installation between two flanges at intermediate points within the process pipeline. Suitable for more demanding and rigorous applications to that of the 20W3040, this carbon steel valve offers solutions for both on and off or throttling applications. The quarter turn action offers quick opening or closing with ease of operation and the valve has good flow control characteristics. In the wide open position, the only obstruction to flow is that due to the thickness of the disk, so the pressure drop across the valve is small.
