Jaguar Landrover Silicone Free Actuated Butterfly Valves

Following a recent site visit Actuation Valve are pleased to be supplying several actuated butterfly valves for Jaguar Landrover manufacturing plant in Halewood, Liverpool. 

Jaguar Landrover initially got in touch with Actuation Valve earlier on in the year and had productive talks over offering product and technical support having grown frustrated with existing supply chains. We have since visited site on two separate occasions to advise on solutions where products had been due to be incorrectly specced.

This most recent supply for JLR is for several pneumatically actuated butterfly valves for use on the Evoque Range Rover paint line. The valves selected are from our TTV range of butterfly valves and Spanish manufacturer. All seal components where specially built and constructed within the butterfly valve to provide a silicone free contact and service.
