Water Solenoid Valves 238 Series

The Asco range of 228 series solenoid valves offer an economical and robust design suitable for most clean water applications. The valve is available in sizes ranging from 3/8" - 2" diameter with a brass body, copper shading coil, and stainless steel springs. Depending upon application requirements the valve is suitable for use with water, air and inert gases aswell as other liquids and mediums. The two soft components of seals and disc can be upgraded from FPM and NBR to full FPM (Fluoroelastomer) or EPDM (Ethylene-Propylene). These two way valve designs from the Asco 228 series require a minimum operating pressure differential of ?P 0,3/0,5 bar and satisfies all relevant EU Directives.

Option explosion proof coils can be supplied for Atex applications in zones 1/21-2/22, categories 2-3 to ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU. Visual position LED indictors are also available for immediate position identification in the field cable lengths can be supplied to 2M.
